An effort in f a c i l i t a t i o n

Be Merciful. Enact Capital Punishment!

Constitution and judicial system are important elements to govern the human society.

If there is apathy and callousness on the part of any governing authority, it will give an indication that that particular society has gone to dogs!

Girls are being raped. And the law is slack. The crime is heinous. And the punishment is casual!

Day in and day out, we see in India (and I am ashamed to tell this) women are being disgraced and dishonored.  The animal in man has not spared even a 5 year old girl child!

And our ‘leaders’ are found discussing, shouting, issuing press statements against the crime.

To save the girls from the death and destruction wrought by the insatiable hunger of man’s lust, nothing is being practically done!

There is only one alternative to this problem. Man, better understand. Enough of discussions!

Enact capital punishment to the rape crime in India. Bring about a legislation that makes hanging the rule of the law if the rapist is a married man. And flogging a hundred times if he is unmarried.

You don’t want capital punishment because you think it is cruel, and you think yourself to be a man of mercy!

Now you don’t want capital punishment because your daughter is not raped. Your family is safe. Your sister and wife have not gone through the pain and agony of a rape victim.

Should one day any rapist touch your daughter’s hand, you will be the first person to scream that there should capital punishment for rape.

If you show mercy to rapists, they will one day rape your daughter. And your wife. And your sister!

Remember mercy to wolf is cruelty to sheep!

Let us understand that Allah is Merciful. His legislation, the Shariah, is strict because He cares for the society.

Allah, man’s Creator-Legislator-Sustainer, wants us to understand the purpose behind the law: To check crimes in the society.
