Wa alaikumus salam Wa Rahmatullah
First select the PDF file you want people to download. Go to the Media and upload that file. Then right click and copy the URL, that is the uploaded file link.
Then go to the Widgets.
Select the Link icon, drag and place it wherever you want to have it in blog. Then open it and paste the Url, and save. Thats it.
And if you want to do it in the Page or Post, same procedure you have to follow, InshaaAllah.
