How coherent these two verses are! Subhanallaah!!

بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله

Coherence is just one miraculous beauty of the many miracles of the inimitable Qur’an.

Allah tells about Himself in ayah 103 of Surah Al An-aam:

“No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision. He is the Most Subtle, Well-Acquainted (with all things)” Surah Al An-Aam 6:103

And in the very next ayah, He says about the Book He sent down for the Guidance of mankind:

“There has come to you enlightenment from your Lord. So whoever will see does so for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever is blind [does harm] against it. And [say], “I am not a guardian over you.”  Surah Al An-Aam 6:104

If one reads both the verses together with close examination and deep thought, one will notice that both the verses are talking about Vision, Sight and Seeing.

The deeper connection is that the Qur’an has come from the One who encompasses all vision, He Sees everything and nothing can see nor visualise Him even. His grasp is over all vision.

Such a Mighty Lord presents a Vision for mankind, providing man Enlightenment in all walks of life.

Man has to apply his brain, without any prejudice, and reflect over the glorious Qur’an.

Alas! it is only the folly of man that he gets blind to reality. Blind not by the eye, but by the heart.

“So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it is not eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.” Surah al Hajj 22:46

May Allah guide us to the Straight Path.

Sal-lal-laahu Ala Muhammad, Sal-lal-laahu Alaihi wa Sallam.

Baarakallaah.
