Eid Takbeer

As everything begins in the name of Allah, Eid celebrations are no exception!

Let us Proclaim the Takbeer as many times as possible.

At home. At the market place. On way to Salatul Eid. At the Masjid/Musalla.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Laa ilaaha ill-lal-laahu Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa Lillaahil-hamd

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is none worthy of worship but Allah.

Allah is the Greatest. Allah is the Greatest. To Him belongs all Praise and Glory!

While we celebrate, our hymns and praises must pierce the sky and our feet must be firmly planted on earth!

PS Note: You can say “Allahu Akbar” twice or thrice, both are permissible.

        • Thank you, brother.
This is the beauty of Islam that you greet those you know and also those you don’t know. Faith is stronger than everything else.
