Is Arabic a foreign language?

Dear sisters and brothers, Assalamu Alaikum.

If anyone asks you this question: Is Arabic a foreign language? What would be your answer?

Okay, let me tell my answer: No!

What is your answer?

If you say NO, justify how it is not!

If you say YES, give your reasons

  1. Walykum As-Salam Wa RehmatullahI Wa Barakatuh Akhee,
    It is not a foreign language because Allah says,

    43. Surah Az-Zukhruf (The Gold Adornments) Ayah 3,
    . “We verily, have made it a Qur’an in Arabic, that you may be able to understand (its meanings and its admonitions).”

    Jazakum Allahu khayran!!

  2. Arabic a foreign language – Both yes and no.
    Yes [b’cos Allah made as into nation and tribes to know each other, possibly by language, location etc]
    No [B’cos it is the preserved language of the Quran, everyone shall access the Quran in Arabic to know its message].

  3. Arabic is not a foreign language because the holy Quran is in the Arabic which for the whole mankind not for one county/tribe/community. It is a manual for the human
